At the discretion of the doctor, some prescriptions may be repeated without further attendance. If a repeat prescription is required, please give 2 working days' notice and if possible, use the prescription slip provided (requests will not be dealt with over the telephone).
Prescriptions can be sent by post - but please supply a stamped, addressed envelope - or by fax or e-mail (remember to include your name and date of birth).
