THE FRIENDS OF RADBROOK GREEN SURGERY,
SUPPORTING PATIENTS AND STAFF.

To improve communication between doctors and patients, and in particular to give feedback to the Practice about patients' concerns and expectations.

To encourage the development of voluntary community care, especially for the housebound and the elderly, and the setting up of self-help groups for patients with particular needs.

To undertake fund-raising activities in order to provide extra facilities for the Practice and its patients.

To offer a forum for the discussion of Health Education topics of interest to patients, with special reference to the promotion of health and the prevention of disease.

To offer any other suggestions as agreed at the Annual General Meeting.
